How long do temporary jobs last?
Assignments can be short-term or long-term, ranging from a single day to several months. Many positions also have the potential to lead to permanent employment based on your performance and the client’s needs.
When do I get paid?
We pay weekly. You’ll receive full details during onboarding.
Can temporary work lead to a permanent job?
Yes! Many of our temporary positions are "temp-to-hire," meaning there's potential for a full-time offer based on performance and business need after a 90-day probation period.
What does a 90-day probation period mean?
During the 90-day probation period, your performance and attendance are closely monitored. Excessive call-offs, tardiness and/or failure to properly report a call-off without a valid reason during this time may negatively affect your assignment and could lead to termination.
How many call-offs are permitted?
How many call-offs are permitted? This is a difficult question to answer. The short answer is ZERO! Especially during a probationary period. However, employers are aware that life happens, people get sick, kids get sick, etc.. So, the best answer is to be on time, keep call-offs to emergencies only and ALWAYS CALL OR FOLLOW THE CALL-OFF PROCEDURES. A no-show, no-call will most likely result in termination.
